9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertGecko and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
